出產(chǎn)設備是由主動主動軋管機、定徑機、穿孔機、均整機和減徑機等組成的,這種辦法也是出產(chǎn)D型管的辦法之一。傳統(tǒng)出產(chǎn)的辦法設備出資少,能出產(chǎn)直徑達1070mm、壁厚到200mm的特大特厚的管,但出產(chǎn)效率低,壁厚比較厚,管長比效短。后來有了CPE研發(fā)的頂管出產(chǎn)新工藝后,管坯經(jīng)斜軋穿孔成荒管,收口后頂軋延伸成管,克服了傳統(tǒng)辦法的一些缺陷,這個辦法也是經(jīng)濟效益較好的辦法,是較多D型管廠家選用的辦法。
The production equipment is composed of active pipe rolling mill, sizing mill, piercing mill, equalizing machine and reducing mill. This method is also one of the ways to produce D-tube. The traditional production method has less investment in equipment and can produce large and extra-thick pipes with diameter of 1070 mm and wall thickness of 200 mm. However, the production efficiency is low, the wall thickness is thicker and the ratio of length to efficiency is short. Later, with the new pipe jacking technology developed by CPE, the billet was pierced into barren pipes by cross rolling and extended into pipes by top rolling after closing, which overcomes some shortcomings of the traditional method. This method is also a method with better economic benefits and is chosen by more D-tube manufacturers.
