一般無縫異型鋼管用作輸送水、氣、油等各種流體管道和制造各種結(jié)構(gòu)零件時，應(yīng)對其力學(xué)性能如抗拉強度、屈服強度和伸長率做抽樣試驗。輸送管一般在承壓的條件下工作，還要求做水壓試驗和擴(kuò)口、壓扁、卷邊等工藝性能試驗。對于大型長輸原油、成品油、天然氣管線用鋼管更是增加了碳當(dāng)量、焊接性能、低溫沖擊韌性、苛刻腐蝕條件下應(yīng)力腐蝕、腐蝕疲勞及腐蝕環(huán)境下強度等要求。
