Now we choose many methods such as manual pressing, die pressing and bending of pipe bending machine. One of the most commonly used equipment for manual pressing is manual hydraulic press. It is useful for some special-shaped pipe fittings with three or more curvatures, but it has low power, large workload and non-smooth curves. The forming skills are characterized by high power and suitable mass production, but the shortcomings are high appeal for the raw materials of special-shaped tubes, and the springback needs to be together; the materials with different batches of die constraints have different springback, which is difficult to adjust. Die forming skills are suitable for processing components with large radius of curvature. Some parts with large batches and strong versatility can be formed by dies or earthen tyres.
對(duì)于小曲率半徑的異型管件,選用手工成形或模具成形都難以習(xí)氣大批量出產(chǎn),我們運(yùn)用的數(shù)控彎管機(jī)就能滿足這種異型管的懇求。數(shù)控彎管機(jī)的自動(dòng)化程度高、功率高,能習(xí)氣各種不一樣的曲率的異型管出產(chǎn)。一般不需要投入許多的模具,運(yùn)用方便。彎出的異型管與樣板的貼合度一般不大于2mm。為了保證異型管的制作精度,一般都添加一道人工整形工序。選用專用的整形臺(tái)面等,經(jīng)整形后,異型管件與樣板不貼合度應(yīng)在1mm以內(nèi)。
For the special-shaped pipe parts with small radius of curvature, it is difficult to produce in large quantities by hand or by die forming. Generally, it does not need to invest a lot of moulds, so it is convenient to use. The fitting degree between the bended special-shaped tube and the sample is generally not more than 2 mm. In order to ensure the manufacturing accuracy of special-shaped pipes, an artificial shaping process is usually added. Select special shaping table and so on. After shaping, the non-conformity between the special-shaped pipe fittings and the sample should be within 1 mm.
